For patients receiving two routine cleanings per year, the total yearly investment is $450 for an adult and $400 for a child with EITHER THE ANNUAL OR MONTHLY PLAN. The monthly plan simply allows care costs to be spread over time rather than be paid in one upfront payment.

A one-time $50 activation fee applies to monthly memberships to help cover administrative costs associated with monthly payment management.
